Departure in February 2020
the expedition and the team was very good but we regret that we did not get any special attention as we were ,what J call ,high -yeld passengers(grand suite cabin)! We didnot get any priority for boarding and at the dining room;we had to queue up for everything,therefore we wonder why we paid so much!

We are happy to hear you were satisfied about the staff during your trip to Antarctica. During an expedition cruise, which is per definition held with a limited group, we never foresee any priority for boarding or restaurant for example. These trips are a unique experience for all passengers and we try to limit any waiting time for everyone.
