On Friday June the 26th, Captain Ernesto Barria Vargas, long time captain with Oceanwide Expeditions and the present master of our vessel Ortelius has been rewarded by the city of Valparaiso in Chile with a honorary reward recognizing his excellent work and his career as a Chilean Captain.
Oceanwide Expeditions is proud to have Captain Barria as one of its captains and we congratulate him with receiving this reward for his outstanding work.
