In the Arctic, you can choose between difficult and less demanding hikes. Our guides can advise you in this. In Antarctica, hikes are generally not too difficult for people in good health.
Please note: We hike into fairly unknown terrain. There may be rocks, snow, mud, or frozen surfaces. We sometimes only know the difficulties of a hike when we are near the hiking spot, just before landing. Local weather can also make a walk easier or more difficult.
