I especially appreciate expedition team leader Adam for his professional service and sincere kindness. He was truly listening to my requests and tried his best to let them happen. Alexis is a very smart and professional guide. Jochem is a very funny and kind person. Sara Jenner talks good lectures but she got big problem with her attitude. Zsuzsanna Varga is a bad hotel manager. She got obvious bias on me don't know why. In contrast, Ana Sirbu is a very nice person. I got good examples to support my viewpoint if need.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you liked most of our staff. We’re surprised, however, to hear you didn’t like Zsuzsanna Varga as your hotel manager. We get only positive comments about her. If you’d like, please let us know why you did not care for her as a hotel manager. We’re also curious to hear about Sara’s attitude toward you, since we also get almost exclusively positive feedback about her. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us.
