Die Reise war bestens organisiert, das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Restaurantbereich wurden uns unsere Wünsche fast schon von den Augen abgelesen. Selbst nachdem wir wetterbedingt länger auf dem Schiff bleiben mussten, waren alle Mitarbeiter bestrebt unseren Aufenhalt weiterhin so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, dies obwohl dem Personal dadurch ein freier Tag fehlte ! Die Guides waren bestens informiert. Fragen, die sie nicht beantworten konnten, recherchierten sie. Auch die Vorträge waren sehr informativ. Die Küche war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft, die Kabinen immer sauber.
