Most of the time it was enjoyable, there were a few instances where I was hurt or it was really unpleasant.

Conditions in the polar regions can be challenging at times due to changeable weather and sea state. However, your comfort and safety are always our top priority. Our experienced crew, onboard doctor, expedition team, and hotel staff are available at all times to assist and support guests throughout the journey if required. We have strict procedures in place for landings, Zodiac operations, and activities to ensure guest safety.
Before each voyage, all guests are required to complete a PIF form to ensure our expedition staff and onboard doctor are aware of any specific medical needs or physical limitations that may impact their experience.
