Important information concerning embarkation remaining Antarctica voyages (2019-20) and Arctic sailing program (March - April 2020)

As mentioned in our message of Friday, 13 March, certain circulations may assume that clients / passengers - scheduled to travel with Oceanwide Expeditions - may encounter travel limitations.
 
Antarctica voyages: trip codes HDS32-20, OTL29-20, PLA33-20, PLA34-20, PLA35-20 and PLA36-20
All clients / passengers who have not travelled to and / or have not entered the country of embarkation (yet) in relation to Antarctica voyages HDS32-20, OTL29-20, PLA33-20, PLA34-20, PLA35-20 and PLA36-20, are – as they may encounter travel limitations as per our email of Friday 13 March - offered to rebook their trip to, or use the paid cruise fare for – as per the travel contract concluded – a selection of future Oceanwide Expeditions’ Antarctica voyages, throughout the undermentioned Antarctica 2020-21 season.   
 
Notwithstanding to what was mentioned in our email of Friday 13 March, for all clients / passengers who have entered the country of embarkation in relation to Antarctica voyages HDS32-20, OTL29-20, PLA33-20, PLA34-20, PLA35-20 and PLA36-20 – as travel limitations and/or restrictions may (still) apply – Oceanwide Expeditions have decided to postpone Antarctica voyages HDS32-20, OTL29-20, PLA33-20, PLA34-20, PLA35-20 and PLA36-20 to next season (Antarctica, November 2020 until and including March 2021). Those clients / passengers are offered to rebook their trip to, or use the paid cruise fare for – as per the travel contract concluded – a selection of future Oceanwide Expeditions’ Antarctica voyages, throughout the undermentioned Antarctica 2020-21 season.   
 
Arctic voyages: trip codes NOO14-20, NOO15-20, NOO16-20, RVR12-20, RVR13-20, RVR14-20 and RVR15-20
All clients / passengers who have not travelled to and / or have not entered the country of embarkation (yet) in relation to Arctic voyages NOO14-20, NOO15-20, NOO16-20, RVR12-20, RVR13-20, RVR14-20 and RVR15-20, are - as they may encounter travel limitations - now also offered a booking credit (for the paid cruise fare) that can be used to rebook their trip - as per the travel contract concluded - for all Arctic voyages on all Oceanwide’s vessels starting from 01 July 2020 and onwards (subject to availability).
 
For all clients / passengers who have entered the country of embarkation in relation to Arctic voyages NOO14-20, NOO15-20, NOO16-20, RVR12-20, RVR13-20, RVR14-20 and RVR15-20 - as travel limitations and/or restrictions may (still) apply – Oceanwide Expeditions have decided to postpone all March and April 2020 Arctic voyages aboard our sailing vessels Noorderlicht and Rembrandt van Rijn, travel codes NOO14-20, NOO15-20, NOO16-20, RVR12-20, RVR13-20, RVR14-20 and RVR15-20, to next season (Arctic, 2021). Those clients / passengers are offered a booking credit (for the paid cruise fare) that can be used to rebook their trip - as per the travel contract concluded – for all Arctic voyages on all Oceanwide’s vessels starting from 01 July 2020 and onwards (subject to availability).
 
Arctic 2020 voyages from May 2020 and onwards
As travel restrictions may have a temporary impact until 14 April 2020, until this date we cannot make any announcements nor any statements about our Arctic 2020 voyages, starting from May 2020 and onwards. This applies to all scheduled departures aboard all of our vessels; m/v Hondius, m/v Plancius, m/v Ortelius, s/v Noorderlicht and s/v Rembrandt van Rijn.

Rebooking of the mentioned Antarctica 2019-20 voyages
As far as voyages HDS32-20, OTL29-20, PLA33-20, PLA34-20, PLA35-20 and PLA36-20 are concerned, we therefore offer all passengers to rebook their trip as per the travel contract concluded as follows:

Passengers booked on Atlantic Odyssey voyages PLA34-20 or PLA35-20, PLA36-20 are offered to rebook on the following departure(s):
Atlantic Odyssey 2021 aboard Plancius, starting on 31 March 2021 (similar to voyage PLA35-20).
This voyage shall be added to the Antarctica 2020-21 shortly and details will follow shortly.
 
Passengers can rebook for the same price in the same cabin category.
Paid cruise fare will be transferred automatically from the current trip to the trip in 2021.

Passengers booked on voyages HDS32-20 or OTL29-20 are offered to rebook on the following departures:
Voyage HDS22-20 , Antarctica
21 November – 02 December 2020
Passengers can rebook for the same price in the same cabin category (subject to availability)
Paid cruise fare will be transferred automatically from voyage HDS32-20/OTL29-20 to HDS22-20

Voyage HDS29-21, Antarctica
26 January – 05 February 2021
Passengers can rebook for the same price in the same cabin category (subject to availability)
Paid cruise fare will be transferred automatically from voyage HDS32-20/OTL29-20 to HDS29-21

Voyage HDS32-21, the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the Antarctic Peninsula
24 February – 18 March 2021
Paid cruise fare for HDS32-20/OTL29-20 can be used as a booking credit for HDS32-21 trip fare (subject to availability)

Or;

Voyage OTL26-21, Antarctica
03 – 13 January 2021
Passengers can rebook for the same price in the same cabin category (subject to availability)
Paid cruise fare will be transferred automatically from voyage HDS32-20/OTL29-20 to OTL26-21

Or;

Voyage OTL27C21, the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the Antarctic Peninsula
18 February – 08 March 2021
Paid cruise fare for HDS32-20/OTL29-20 can be used as a booking credit for OTL27C-21 trip fare (subject to availability)

Or;

Voyage OTL29-21, Antarctica – Polar Circle, Deep South Discovery voyage
19 March – 01 April 2021
Passengers can rebook for the same price in the same cabin category (subject to availability)
Paid cruise fare will be transferred automatically from voyage HDS32-20/OTL29-20 to OTL29-21

Passengers booked on voyage PLA33-20 are offered to rebook on the following departures:
Voyage PLA30-21, Antarctica – Basecamp
08 – 19 March 2021
Paid cruise fare for PLA33-20 can be used as a booking credit for PLA30-21 (subject to availability)

Voyage PLA31-21, Antarctica Whale watching voyage
19 – 31 March 2021
Paid cruise fare for PLA33-20 can be used as a booking credit for PLA31-21 (subject to availability)

Or;

Voyage HDS28-21, Antarctica
16 – 26 January 2021
Paid cruise fare for PLA33-20 can be used as a booking credit for HDS28-21 (subject to availability)

Or:

Voyage HDS33-21, Antarctica Whale watching voyage
18 – 27 March 2021
Passengers can rebook for the same price in the same cabin category (subject to availability)
Paid cruise fare will be transferred automatically from voyage PLA33-20 to HDS33-21

In none of the cases will reimbursements of the paid cruise fare be processed or granted.
